I currently have a couple car projects on the go, but some events at work (and some prodding by co-workers) made me switch gears for a while. I am moving into an office shortly at work, and when the topic of decorating it a bit came up, one of the guys mentioned I should do “that fiber optic Enterprise kit you have”…and, hey! It was a great idea!

So, today work began on the long journey (I’m sure it’s not going to be a fast build) of my first spacecraft model…and, oh joy…I even had to go buy a soldering iron for this one!
